  1. If you have purchased the Annual Maintenance Agreement, you may call the support telephone number shown on your Agreement. Or you can use this email support feature.
  2. If you have not purchased the Annual Maintenance Agreement, please send us support requests by clicking on the button below. Our technicians are live-you'll get a personal answer to your question, not an automated response.

To email your support request, click on the button below. Please try to be as specific about your problem as possible. This will help our technicians speed up the resolution of your concern. Remember to include relevant details, such as:

  • The Contract Assistant Version Number
  • The Version Number can be found by clicking “Help” on the tool bar and selecting “About Contract Assistant”
  • Details of any error message(s) you received
  • Your operating system
